As we continue to respond to current circumstances, we are taking additional care when processing returns to ensure everything is handled safely and efficiently.

Return Process

Items may be returned within 30 days of shipment. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the full postage cost will be refunded. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at info@fleuribeauty.com with your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number. Please send the item(s), along with the return form (packing slip), in the original shipping box. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you by email within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For gift returns, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
