Shipping policy

As we continue to respond to current circumstances, the safety of our team and customers remains our top priority. We are taking additional care at every step as we fulfill orders and process returns, while working to ensure your orders are shipped as smoothly and promptly as possible.

Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, including your order number and shipping method. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as orders cannot be redirected once shipped. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to U.S. addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time, but we plan to offer it in the future.

Transit Time

Under normal circumstances, orders typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days after shipping. For Alaska and Hawaii, delivery may take 14 to 21 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Enjoy free U.S. shipping on orders of $60 or more (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Orders under $60 are charged a flat shipping fee of $8.50. For Alaska and Hawaii, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies.

Returns
